Beautiful Double Room in friendly flatshare!

Hi everyone,

We have a gorgeous double room becoming available in our lovely flat share soon.

You would be living with two professional ladies; I work in Theatre, and my flatmate works as a consultant in Sustainability. We really value a clean, relaxed and homely atmosphere, where you can properly decompress after a busy day. We're especially interested to hear from people who like to feel part of a home, rather than a flat share, and who would be up for some occasional trash tv or home cooked food!

- Great transport links (Chalk Farm tube, Kentish Town West Overground, Kentish Town Thameslink and multiple bus routes).
- Within walking distance of Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Regent's Park.
- Zone 2 so we're very central, despite the area itself being nice and quiet.
- Spacious communal living room, kitchen and a large balcony for summer relaxation 😊
- You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other person (as my room is an ensuite).
- Bills currently come to about £90 each per month (between 3 of us).

We’re open to couples also but please note that the rent would be £1350 per month for a couple.

The room is officially available from March 28th, but we do have flexibility as our existing flatmate needs to move out on the 13th so a move in date from March 14th onwards would be absolutely fine.
