Lovely double room in Primrose Hill

We have a lovely double room becoming available in our flat in early October ✨

We’re Jess (27, working in tech/green energy), Becky (28, working as a fashion designer) and Juliet (27, working at the uni of west scotland). I have lived here three years previously and met Becky and Juliet though spare room this summer when my two of my lovely flatmates moved out.

We like to keep the flat a calm, tidy and friendly space so we’d love someone who’s up for also up for cinema trips/pub quizzes/post-work wine on the balcony while respectful of keeping the flat a space for downtime!

The flat itself is done to a really nice spec and we’ve always found the estate agents and landlord to be very responsive to any issues. It’s the top of four floors and has a west-facing balcony/kitchen/living room which is lovely in summer. It’s also just a few minutes walk to both Primrose Hill and its high street.

Looking for someone long term. Bills approx £125/month and admin fee of £25 to change the tenancy.

We’d lovely to find someone who will love the flat and area as much as us!
