Double room in Primrose Hill!

Hi everyone! I have a room available in Primrose Hill, just a five minute walk to Swiss Cottage, just over ten to Chalk Farm and a bus stop literally outside the front door!

My room is a double with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and a bedside table, with a nice big window for lots of light! It's on the top floor right next to the bathroom, and there's a huge kitchen downstairs, a big hallway with a dining table, a patio and a balcony.

My housemates are all lovely, currently 3 boys and 3 girls. Ideally they'd like another girl to keep the balance but it isn't a dealbreaker! Everyone is social with each other but has their own thing going on, so you can have a nice mix of independence or making friends. It's a really chill, nice vibe.

Bills aren't included, but generally is £10.30 a month for Wifi, £44 for council tax and around £70 for everything else. We take it in turns cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.

The location is SO gorgeous and the real selling point of the property. I lived on this road even before I moved into this flat and I'm so gutted to be leaving it! You're right next to all the shops and amenities of Finchley Road, but also Primrose Hill is only a ten minute walk away, same with Belsize Park, and Hampstead Heath is around 20-25 and so are Kentish Town and Camden. Both the Jubilee and Northern lines are within quick walking distance.
