Double room in spacious flat in Putney

Hello,

Sadly, our flatmate of 6 years is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take his place in our spacious 3-bedroom penthouse in Putney.

THE ROOM
The double bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and your own TV. You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

THE FLAT
A spacious apartment with a large living room, lots of storage and huge terraces surrounding the flat. There’s also a communal garden and garage space for bikes/boxes.

YOUR FLATMATES
Eva is in her late 30s and works in sustainability tech. Mark, the landlord, is also part of the household and sometimes brings his dog along (so please bear this in mind if you have allergies!).

We’re both sociable and have busy lives outside the flat, but enjoy a relaxed home and occasionally share a meal, watch TV or have a drink together. We also value each other’s privacy and space.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A friendly, professional and tidy person who will treat the flat as their home. Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle who isn't working from home. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone considerate and easy-going.

LOCATION
On a quiet residential road just off Putney Hill, around 12–16 minutes’ walk from Putney Rail and East Putney stations, with fast access to Waterloo. Putney Heath is just 250m away, with the Green Man pub and bus hub nearby.

RENT & BILLS
All bills are included, including high-speed WiFi, and a biweekly cleaning in the communal areas.

One month’s deposit required, and there’s some flexibility around the move-in date for the right flatmate.
