Spacious 1 Bed Flat (1.5 Month Sublet, Bills Inc.)

I'm subletting my fully furnished flat for 1.5 months from mid-February to April. It's perfect for a professional or a couple!

The flat is a short walk from the river Thames and close to East Putney (District Line), Wandsworth Town (National Rail), a bunch of buses, and very well served by public bikes (Lime, Forest, etc).

It's furnished in a very calming Japandi style. The living room has a little workspace area with a 2nd monitor, a very comfortable sofa bed, plants, and a projector to watch films.

The kitchen has everything you need to live your best Masterchef life with a fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, dishwasher, and all the pots and pans.

The bedroom contains a super comfortable king sized bed, and enough space to hang and store all your clothes.

You'll also find a washing machine/dryer, bathtub and blowdryer in the flat.

Price includes all bills and I'm ideally looking for someone who will stay from 11/02 to 02/04, with some light flexibility possible.

This isn't a party flat (there are neighbours), and I'll be looking to rent it to someone who will take care of my home and be respectful of the neighbours (plus keep the plants alive 😌).

Price includes a professional clean before your arrival and one for when you leave.
