Spacious 1 Bed Flat (1 Month Sublet, Bills Inc.)

Hey,

I'm subletting my fully furnished flat for 1 month from 01/04 to 01/05 (some flexibility or part of this period possible).

The flat is a short walk from the Thames and close to East Putney (District Line), Wandsworth Town (National Rail), a bunch of buses, and very well served by public bikes (Santander, Lime, Forest, etc).

The living room has a little workspace area with a 2nd monitor, a very comfortable sofa bed, plants, and a projector to watch films.

The kitchen has everything you need - a fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, dishwasher, and all the pots and pans.

The bedroom contains a super comfortable king sized bed, and enough space to hang and store all your clothes.

You'll also find a washing machine/dryer, bathtub and blowdryer in the flat.

Price includes all bills.

This isn't a party flat (there are neighbours), and I'll be looking to sublet it to someone who will take care of my home and be respectful of the neighbours (plus keep the plants alive).

Price includes a professional clean before your arrival, during the stay, and after your stay.
