Hi,
I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room from the 6th of December and join me in our sunny, fully furnished two-bedroom flat on a quiet, residential street in South West London.
The room is bright and airy, and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and still has space for a desk — perfect for working or studying from home.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the spacious living room is ideal for dining, working, or watching films with the projector set up against the blank wall. There are plenty of bookshelves if you’d like to add to our growing library, and the sofa converts into a bed for when guests stay over.
There’s also ample storage throughout the flat, so you’ll never feel cramped.
You’ll be sharing with just one friendly flatmate — a secondary school teacher with (almost) too many books.
The flat is in a well-maintained building with a lift, and there’s a shared outdoor area for bins, keeping things clean and convenient.

We’re in Putney, a calm and quiet area with a great community feel, yet incredibly well connected — just 2 minutes from the tube, 8 minutes from Putney Station, and a short walk to the High Street, where you’ll find shops, cafes, supermarkets, and buses into central London.
We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to share this lovely home.
Viewings can be arranged on weekdays after 5pm or most of Sunday!
