Double room in a large Victorian maisonette, spread over three floors. The sitting room is well furnished and the kitchen/dining room is exceptionally spacious and well-appointed.

Your room has a large double wardrobe with hanging space, a double divan bed, bedside table and dressing table. It's on the same floor as the bathroom, which has a shower and bath combo.

You'll be sharing with me, a 27 year old man who works in the City and has grown up in London. I'm happy sharing with either a man or woman who is in full-time employment, easy-going and is happy to hang out. Keeping the place clean and tidy is a must.

The maisonette is 10 minutes walk from East Putney tube and very close to bus links. The Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth is close by with all manner of shops, restaurants and a cinema.
