Our home is located in Putney's Golden Triangle, a stone's throw from trains and tubes, the Bridge & the Common. It's a Victorian cottage in a pretty street, with good neighbours. We have a warm, caring 'homeshare', with women of different generations, who support each other through thick and thin.
It's a back bedroom (3m20x2m80) and under one of LHR's flight paths, but it's cosy and you can get to the airport in 45 mins. It's been professionally repainted recently. The mattress is medium hard and the duvet/pillow/sheets are new.
The bathroom is shared, and we have an outdoor privy, heated and fully functioning. There is wardrobe space on the shared landing, and we use a shared hanging rail on a hoist to dry laundry in the stairwell.
We're looking for someone who would like to be part of a commmuity, respecting the house rules and also contributing in their own unique way.
