Room available in Gorgeous Flat in Putney

We’re Sylvia and Lucy, looking for a third housemate to join us in a lovely three-bedroom flat on Colinette Road from 15 November.

The available room is a furnished double. The flat has two shared bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a large communal garden and secure bike storage. It’s just off Upper Richmond Road, with Putney High Street, Putney station and East Putney nearby.

About us

Sylvia, 23: I work locally and row in Putney. I love travelling, being outdoors, pub trips and weekend plans, but equally love hosting and having a night in with drinks, a film and a chat.

Lucy, 26: Recently called to the bar as a barrister and moving to London to work as a County Court Advocate. She enjoys the gym, cooking and baking, going to the pub and a cosy night in.

We’d love to create a friendly home where we can become friends as well as housemates—dinner parties, occasional pub trips and relaxed evenings together, while respecting everyone’s space and schedules. Keeping the flat clean and peaceful during the working week matters to us too.

The costs

• Rent: £1,187.50 per month, excluding bills
• Estimated bills: £135-£160 each per month, depending on usage
• Deposit: £1,369.90
• Rent for 15–30 November: £633.33, with the next monthly rent due 1 December

We’d ideally like a working professional in their early 20s to early 30s who’s friendly, tidy and looking for a similar home. No students or couples for this room, please. Applicants will need to complete the agent’s affordability and referencing checks.
