* Large communal garden

The area is peaceful but well connected:
* 10-minute walk to Putney station
* 15-minute walk to East Putney Underground station
* 4-minute walk to Putney Heath
* Nearby bus routes, shops, cafés and restaurants

Bills are approximately £100 per person per month, including utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax.
About the Household
You’ll live with Marta and Amirah, two working professionals in their 30s. We both work from home two or three days a week, so we’re looking for someone with a similar routine rather than someone who works from home full-time.
We’re a friendly, relaxed household rather than a party flat. We enjoy chatting and socialising occasionally, while also respecting each other’s space. Everyone contributes to a weekly cleaning rota.
