Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my flat in Putney with!

🏡 THE FLAT & ROOM

The room is a lovely double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, loads of wardrobe space and plenty of bathroom storage. It also has its own access to the balcony 🌇 The room is currently furnished, but the current tenant is happy to sell the furniture to the new tenant or have it removed, depending on what you prefer.

The flat is on the 7th floor, with AMAZING views across London – you can see the London Eye, The Shard, Wembley! We have a balcony, a fully furnished open-plan kitchen/living room and loads of storage throughout the flat.

We have 24-hour concierge, and honestly, the building has been brilliant! Really high standards, and we’ve never had any issues living here! ✨

The location is honestly hard to beat:
🚇 3-minute walk to East Putney tube station (District line)
🚆 4-minute walk to Putney train station, with trains to Waterloo in just 15 minutes!

💸 RENT & BILLS

• Rent: £1,350 per month (excluding bills)
• Bills: approximately £100–£200 per month, including a cleaner 🧼

👋🏼 A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I’m Anna, I’m 31, from Norway and work as a personal trainer, actor and model. I work at a gym about a 15-minute walk from the flat. Fitness is obviously a big part of my life💪🏼 But I equally love a good night out, a pub trip, reading, cosy Netflix evenings, cooking and sewing.

I’m pretty social and love having a laugh, but I also really appreciate having a peaceful home where you can switch off after a long day.

I’m also VERY clean and tidy (probably a little particular, if I’m honest 😂), and I really value keeping shared spaces clean and looking nice.

🧒👦 WHO I’D LOVE TO LIVE WITH

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who wants more than just a room to sleep in. Someone I can become friends with – whether that means going to the pub at the end of the week, cooking dinner together, having a little catch-up in the kitchen or just chilling in comfortable silence after a long day.

It would be a bonus if you enjoy keeping active, going to the gym and generally looking after yourself, but definitely not a dealbreaker!

One thing that is really important to me is cleanliness and tidiness. I’m looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, takes responsibility for shared spaces and doesn’t put off house chores indefinitely. I want our home to feel lovely, calm and looked after, and I’m at a point where I’m not willing to compromise on that 😅🧽
