I would like someone who is stable in their profession and with a view ideally to stay long term of one year or longer which is beneficial to the settled and calm nature I wish for flatmates. The potential flatmate should to be a person who values super cleaniless and prompt communication through a group Whatsapp.

Happy to have people working from home.

Do not hesitate to contact the number supplied on Sparerooms by Whatsapp or call.

The bills are approx £110 per month (gas, electricity, water, broadband 50Mbps) fair use applies. I pay the council tax of £1400.
