Fantastic Double Room in Friendly Warm Flatshare

I am moving out of our shared flat on a quiet street right by the high street in Putney, sad!

But happy for you as you'll get to live with three lovely roomies: Charlotte, Jack and Andrew in this nice little corner of London.

🛌The room is a double, with very nice mattress and coming with desk, dresser and well-sized built-in wardrobe. 🛌

🏡The rest of the house:🏡
A shared bathroom (shared between three - Charlotte's room has an en-suite) with modern shower and sink fittings.
Open kitchen/living room with breakfast bar: dishwasher, washing-machine and large fridge-freezer.

Private landlord - no agency or management to deal with.

All bills split between the house, not included.

We all chit-chat at home, and occasionally head out for a drink together, but don't feel the need to spend every waking hour together! A couple of us work from home.

Don't mind walking up a couple of flights of stairs (top floor of a little townhouse) - sorry, it's not an accessible property.

Charlotte: Has lived here the longest, knows a few of the neighbours! Loves a chat, reality TV, and was very happy when M&S opened on the High Street!
Jack: Northern fella who likes running and a beer! Also keen on snowboarding.
Andrew: The newest member of the house, coming in from Glasgow. Excellent Hockey player (ask him about his achievements!).
