I am leaving my current room which is quite big and bright, I have my own bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
There is a built-in cupboard, small cupboard space, a bed and a chest of drawers and I am happy to also discuss a price for some of my own furnitures.

The girls in the flat are lovely, one is a primary school teacher and the other one a yoga teacher.

We tend to get on with our own things as we’re quite busy but always have a chat in the kitchen when we’re home at the same time.

The living room is nice and cosy and we have a big kitchen with washing machine and a dishwasher, we also have a garden.
It’s also very close to the riverside which is lovely during the summer months.

There is space to attach a bike in front of the house and it’s a very quiet neighbourhood just 5min from Putney high street, 20min walk to Putney Bridge and 15min to Putney station.
There are a couple of Sainsbury’s close by (5min walk) or Waitrose/Lidl 10min away.

Bills roughly come up to £150 a month each.
