We have a lovely refurbished luxury ensuite bedroom available from mid-December 2026 suitable for young professionals or mature students.

The bedrooms in the flat are all fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. However, we're flexible on furnishing: happy to add or remove pieces of furniture as per your needs.

The flat has three ensuite bedrooms along with an open plan kitchen/diner: the master ensuite bedroom with a private courtyard is available. The rent is £381 pw or £1,650 pcm.

An excellent cleaner comes once a week, and the cost of this is included in the rent. Superfast 1GB broadband is also included.

The other flatmates are a young female professional working in marketing, and a gentleman working in the civil service. A ll bedrooms are en-suite/have their own bathrooms.

We have redeveloped the entire building, so the kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and furniture are all brand new and to high standards.

The kitchen has a tall fridge-freezer, washer dryer, gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The living room area has a long dining table and Julian Bowen chairs.

Putney is an affluent part of London, and the high street is full of amenities. Norroy Road is just off the high street, which is a few minutes' walking distance away. Putney train station is also within a five minute walk from the flats. The flats are on the opposite side to the train tracks, so you should not be affected by the noise from the trains.

No couples please (the room isn't big enough for a couple to comfortably live in it).
