Cosy double room in gorgeous Putney flat 🏡

We have a cosy double room available to rent in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom maisonette style flat in SW15, looking for a lovely flatmate to join us!

We’re only an 8 minute walk away from Putney Bridge station and East Putney station (district line) and Putney train station. There are also buses nearby including the 220, 270 and 337.

The flat is only a few minutes away from Putney high street which has a Lidl, Sainsbury’s, M&S football and Waitrose.

We have a large shared living room and kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

You’ll be joining 2 flatmates Mia and Maria. Mia is 28 and works as cabin crew and Maria is 26 and works as a sales consultant.

The room is a small double on the middle level and has a built in wardrobe, it can fit a small double bed and a bedside table. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate on the top level. The flat also has additional storage cupboards and there is a large loft area that can be used.

It’s a sociable and friendly flat but we also respect each others space and downtime.
- We are looking for another woman aged 26+ only
- Must be full-time employed and no working from home (this is due to space)
- Clean, tidy, considerate and respectful

Rent is £750
Bills are approx £110 a month and fluctuates in the winter
Deposit is £377

Flat is available from the 15th of December but move in date can be flexible until the 20th of December if needed

We will start viewings from Tuesday the 10th of November.

Applicant will need to speak to our landlord and provide proof of employment and residency before being approved. Our landlord is lovely, lives next door and is always available to help with any issues!
