Room in gorgeous two-bed third floor flat with private roof terrace, within moments of all the shops, bars and restaurants in Putney town centre and a short walk to the river. If you're into the gym, we have loads to choose from plus there are a variety of centres close by for Yoga, Hot Yoga, boxing, martial arts, cross-fit, swimming and spinning.

The room is large with two fitted wardrobes, desk, own private balcony and a good sized en-suite shower room. Photos do not do it justice!

Allocated space within private car park is also available to rent separately.

The kitchen/diner is large and equipped with everything you need including coffee maker, toaster and microwave opening straight out onto a huge private terrace.

Super close to Putney overground station with loads of connections into central London and 5 minutes walk to East Putney tube.

The flat won't suit everybody. This isn't a party pad, but a nice, quiet, peaceful, clean and tidy home. It will probably suit someone easy going who is fairly private, likes their own space and wants to get on with their house mate but doesn't feel they necessarily have to socialise together. The kitchen and large terrace are the main shared spaces. The sitting room is not shared so please have a think to make sure this suits you.

Short term lets less than one month are charged at £80 per night.
