1 double room & 1 single room Putney/Wandsworth

Four bedroom house (two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms) with one South African guy and one Polish woman looking for two new housemates. Looking for two people who are considerate, polite, kind and looking to rent a room in a chilled and comfortable home.

If you're looking for a room in a party house, this is not the house for you. The current tenants both of whom have lived in the house for a good few years are very quiet - one is a huge reader (fantasy and sci fi) and the other is passionate about gardening.

Both the rooms have a good amount of storage space.

The house is like a tardis...from the outside doesn't look much but once through the front door it goes on and on. Kitchen, dining area, sitting room and cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs four bedrooms and a bathroom with a loo and shower over the bath. A lovely south facing garden (lawn/terrace).

Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, three fridge/freezers.

Sitting room: large widescreen TV.

Cleaner: every other week

Bills: the tenants are only responsible for the gas and electricity bills - all other bills (council tax, water, broadband, tv license, cleaner) are paid for by the landlord

Very quiet road - less than 10 minutes walk to East Putney underground station and less than 20 minute walk to either Putney or Wandsworth mainline stations. Very well serviced by buses (337, 37 and 170) which makes Clapham Junction station just a short bus ride away.
Less than 10 minutes walk to Wandsworth Park, Wandsworth Shopping Centre and King George's Park. 20 minutes walk to Putney Hight Street.
