Double room on Putney/Wandsworth border

Four bedroom house with two guys (one Italian and one South African) looking for two new housemates. Ideally looking for two people who are considerate, polite, kind and looking to rent a room in a chilled and comfortable home.

If you're looking for a room in a party house, this is not the advert for you. The current tenants both of whom have lived in the house for a few years are very quiet and spend most of their time, when not working, in their rooms, one is a huge reader (fantasy and sci fi) and the other is passionate about gaming.

Both the rooms have a good amount of storage space - one room has a king sized bed (£900) (this room has now been taken) and the other a double (£850).

The house is like a tardis...from the outside doesn't look much but once through the front door it goes on and on. Kitchen, dining area, sitting room and cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs four bedrooms and a bathroom with a loo and shower over the bath. A lovely south facing garden (lawn/terrace) which is in a bit of a state at the moment and isn't looking as lovely as the photo...so anyone who loves gardening and would like to take charge of the small garden would be a huge bonus!

Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, three fridge/freezers.

Sitting room: large widescreen TV.

Cleaner: every other week

Very quiet road - less than 10 minutes walk to East Putney underground station and less than 20 minute walk to either Putney or Wandsworth mainline stations. Very well serviced by buses (337, 37 and 170) which makes Clapham Junction station just a short bus ride away.
Less than 10 minutes walk to Wandsworth Park, Wandsworth Shopping Centre and King George's Park. 20 minutes walk to Putney Hight Street.
