Description
Attractive Victorian house overlooking Putney Heath in Roehampton Village
Charming, spacious double room available to rent. The room is very private and quiet and overlooks extensive convent gardens.
There is a comfortable bed, table, cupboard and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has both a shower and bath, there is a pretty dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden.
We are a short bus ride away from Putney Station and Putney Bridge Underground (District Line) with bus stops at the end of the road (85, 430, 170, 493).
Roehampton University is a few minutes walking distance.
Putney heath is right on our doorstep and one can walk to Wimbledon and Richmond Park is around the corner.
I am looking for a mature female professional who is friendly, clean and tidy.
Available from the 13th of February, and perhaps earlier.
