I have a room available in my well decorated flat. You would be living with a nice group of people who work mainly Monday to Friday. They are all friendly.

The flat has a large living room, a communal garden, some off street parking and most importantly two bath rooms.

The flat is also 10 minutes walk from either Putney mainline or East Putney Tube. If you’re on a bus and the traffic is moving its a few minutes tops.

The rent is £875 a month including electricity, gas, water, TV licence, council tax (Band E) and broadband. I will also require one month’s bond.

I would like a professional who gets on well with others.
