A very quiet and clean household are looking for a tenant to take up a single room on the first floor. The room is small but is enough for one person and has all the needed amenities and conditions, which include:

- wardrobe
- comfortable single bed and comfy mattress (no damages or hollows in the mattress)
- drawer for storage
- A bookshelf with mirror
- heating which is easily worked and heats the room very well (simply turn on and off)
- coat rack

A typical terraced victorian house with 2 floors. The property is well kept and maintained. Cleaner comes around once every week to clean the home, toilets and kitchen. Everything in the kitchen is fully functional and easily worked. The house is always heated properly. Hot and cold water runs perfectly in faucets and shower heads. The house includes:

- 2 kitchens (microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and oven, kitchenware)
- Fully sized fridge with freezer + mini fridge with freezer
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- 1 single shower room

The houses is located in a quiet street away from the main streets and car noises. The house is of a 10-15 minute walking distance from the following stations: Queens Park (closest), Brondesbury, Kilburn, Kilburn Park, Kilburn High Road. Numerous bus stops are also closely situated. All in all a very good location in terms of transport links.

In the area, you will find many halal shops and restaurants, supermarkets, 24/7 grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping spots and other useful places (take a look at google maps for your own research).

The area is safe with no gangs or roadmen 👍

The people are very QUIET and very CLEAN. Everybody takes personal responsibility to keep the place tidy and clean, especially the kitchen and the living room. We acknowledge everybody in the household and try our best not to disturb each other. Quietness and cleanliness is very important to us. Guests are welcome but of course, keep it civil.

Me and my wife are from Kazakhstan. I practice Islam, my wife doesn't, the other two gentlemen are from Italy and Hungary. Everybody is respectful, friendly and easy going.

We are preferably looking for a female as it is always nice to have a good balance of gender.

We are preferably looking for a Muslim, only because we share the same fridge, cooking equipment, cooking and eating areas and will happily share food too. Obviously, we just can't consume pork and try our best not to mix halal food with non-halal. If not, of course we will just have to try to be more vigilant in common areas.

Otherwise, of course, we do not discriminate and respect all religions and ethnicities, but we do ask to be respectful of others and share common, domestic values!

If you drink alcohol we don't mind as long as it is kept civil and no mess is left behind. We will not tolerate consumption of drugs or smoking inside.
