The property is a home, not an HMO. It's looking for someone willing to integrate and be sociable. Bumping into each other occasionally in the kitchen isn't the vibe so it won't suit anyone who wants to stay in their room. Must also be prepared to keep the place clean. Common sense and maturity are essential.

Movie nerds will be at an advantage.

Pets will be considered. Especially cats. No smoking or drugs. Viewings must be in person - sorry to overseas folk but it's critical everyone in the house gets on. Good English required.
