Queens Park is on the Bakerloo line which is about 20 minutes from Oxford Circus, 10 mins to Paddington, 30 minutes to Charing Cross with easy connections (just walk across the platform) to Jubilee. There's a train that takes about 10 minutes to Euston.

About 10-15 minutes' walk from the property are overgrounds that go everywhere including to Clapham Junction and the east of London.

And there are a bunch of buses within a few minutes, heading to Oxford Circus, Victoria, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Camden, North Circular and more.

The property is near Kilburn High Road which isn't pretty but does have Aldi, TK Maxx, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Poundland, Holland & Barrett, Boots, Superdrug all on a short parade.

The posh high street nearer the property running through Queens Park includes Sainsbury's, Coop, M&S, Joe & The Juice, Gail's, cafes, pubs, a gym and another with a proper boxing ring. There are yoga studios, Pilates and a big leisure centre with a pool.
