The flat: it’s a lovely Victorian conversion with solid oak flooring, modern kitchen and bathroom. You’ll have access to a large lounge room where the sun comes streaming in through south facing windows. Bills include council tax, water and internet. Gas/ electricity works out circa £45 a month each.
The area: Brondesbury Villas is on a tree lined street within a conservation area: 9 minute walk from Queen’s Park underground (Bakerloo) and 10 minutes of Kilburn Park underground and overground. The park itself is a 10 minute walk, as is Salisbury and Londsdale roads where you’ll find cafes and bars. 6 minutes walk is Kilburn high road with big brand shops such as Primark, a large M&S food hall and Sainsbury’s.
About me: I’m a friendly, calm and clean housemate. I work in IT, working from home 3 days a week. I’m a non drinker, it’s all about tea for me 🙂 When I’m not reading, cooking or crafting, I enjoy exploring London.
