Comfortable double room near transport

Hi,
I’m looking for a clean and quiet person to share my home with. You must be comfortable with dogs… I have a female Cane Corso - she is small for her breed, but still fairly large. She is friendly, but can be quite excitable.
The double bedroom is comfortable and in good condition. It looks out on to the back garden and is quiet at night. Furniture is provided.
There are a number of transport links within 10-15 minutes walk. There is Queens Park on the Bakerloo line, and Brondesbury on the Overground. Also, plenty of buses on Kilburn High road.
The room is listed cheaper than similar rooms because my flat is a little rough around the edges. Nothing major, just small imperfections. Perfect for those looking to save a bit of money.
I’m generally quite an easy going guy, but do like the kitchen to be left in good order.
