Double room in Queens Park

Hi there! My name is Flo and I’ve lived in this gorg flat for the last year and a bit. I’ve lived with my friend Nate, but unfortunately he has to go back to the US as he had graduated now. We’ve both loved living here - and I’m keen to find someone to enjoy the space with me too!!

The flat:
Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Very good kitchen/living open plan space, with a desk built in - so any WFHomers this would be perfect for ya🕺🏽
Little garden/patio with big doors that open fully.
Washing machine/utility cupboard.
Fully furnished and I have all the kitchen appliances you will ever need - you can borrow it all! (The flat came unfurnished so I’ve worked super hard to make it cute hehe)
The room has a built in wardrobe, TV, bedside table, bed, bedding, mirror etc - whatever you don’t need we can get rid of - but use it if ya want!!!
Also I have an ice machine which I thought I’d note as it’s like the best appliance ever and I do drink like 15 iced lattes everyday, so v welcome to use that too. Nespresso machine and kitchen aid too.

The area:
I’ve lived in NW6 for almost 4 years now and I LOVE it!!! We are in Queen’s Park/Kilburn which is just the best for convenience. Kilburn has every shop and food shop you need and then Queen’s Park is the best for coffee/brunch and omg the farmers market!!! So good. Also Wolfpack is the best pub and such a fun, young crowd - many Jubels have been consumed there. 🍺

ME:
I’m Flo - 21 working full time in a hospital. I am in office 5 days a week and then play a lot of tennis in the evenings! When I’m not doing those two things, I love to cook/draw/crochet/knit. I’m v chilled, love to catchup with friends but not noisy and don’t host too much. I don’t mind too much age/gender who I share with - as long as we get along I’m goooood 🫶

Things to note:
Nate plans to leave around the start of November. Ideally that would be a good timescale to move in. But can be flexible if this timing doesn’t work and we find the perfect match!!
Our landlords are so lovely too, they used to live in this property before we moved in - so it feels very looked after.
