Shared kitchen & living with large dining table. Duplex flat (on 2 floors). Stairs only. Plenty of natural light.

Minimum stay 7 days (or shorter via Airbnb, please ask link in DM). 1 week security deposit (to be returned on check-out day if no damage)

Price could vary according to length of stay, starting at £425/week including bills & weekly professional cleaning and change of linen/towel for single occupancy.

For 2 people, there will be an extra per week (negotiable, usually £150/week).

This room has been furnished and decorated as an Airbnb/short-let room, for someone traveling relatively light, who's happy to have an open rack and 2 chest of drawers as a wardrobe. Extra rack for jackets & coats in the corridor. There's also a small desk for remote work and a full mirror.

Nearby plenty of cafes, restaurants, 2 small supermarkets and convenience stores. 10 minutes walk to the River Thames & Thames Path.

You’ll be less than 5 minutes from Ravenscourt Park station (District Line) and less than 15 minutes to Hammersmith (ideal for who’s landing at Heathrow Airport as you can arrive by tube).

Another 15 minutes walk towards west, you’ll find yourself in Chiswick High Street, a lovely residential area with plenty of food, drinks, shopping, Sunday market and entertainment venues.

Kitchen is fully equipped, washer dryer and large dining table and sofa.

Coin Laundrette and Dry Cleaners 10 meters away if you need a faster turnaround or wash & fold or dry cleaning services.
