We’re looking for a couple (or an individual) to join our lovely 3-bedroom house/flat in Stamford Brook as we farewell our current housemates back to aus.

🏠 The house
Large 3-bedroom flat with:

* Spacious ensuite room
* Open-plan kitchen
* Large living room
* Two small balconies
* Access to a communal garden

👋 The people
You’ll be living with two Aussies in their mid-30s — Jonno, an accountant, and Alicia, a speech & language therapist. We’re friendly, social and looking for people who want the place to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

🚇 Transport

* 2-minute walk to Stamford Brook station (30 mins to Heathrow / 20 mins to Central)
* Bus stop directly outside
* Around 15 minute walk to both Hammersmith and Chiswick

🌿 The area
Great independent coffee shop just down the road, around a 10-minute walk to the river, and plenty of shops nearby including Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local. A larger M&S and Sainsbury’s are also within walking distance. Plenty of great pubs nearby too!

⚽ Who we’re looking for
A couple who are friendly, tidy and sociable, ideally into sport and keen to be part of a home rather than just renting a room. We’d love to find people who are up for the occasional drink, dinner or activity together, while still having their own space.

💰 £1,670/month including bills
Move in end of Oct
