The home is a beautiful semi detached 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property. It has a spacious living space and a big kitchen that overlooks the large garden.

We have a lot of shops near by as well as a tram link to the massive Ikea in Croydon.

The rent is £800 per month
The bills are currently £191 each per month (water/lights/council tax/wifi etc)
The deposit will be paid directly to me as it is in a deposit scheme with the agency.
