We looking for two friendly housemates to join our fully furnished home in Raynes Park.

We not just looking for people to rent a room—I we looking for people who want to be part of a home. This is the kind of place where everyone says hello, chats while making coffee, shares the occasional meal or drink, and actually enjoys living together. We all have our own lives, but it’s nice to come home to people rather than strangers.

Hello Kitty is very much part of the household.

Her daily responsibilities include:
• Supervising everyone
• Constantly reminding us she’s hungry
• Demanding affection on her schedule
• Watching TV from nearby
• Accepting treats as payment for her friendship

If you’re a cat person, you’ll fit right in. If not, this probably isn’t the home for you.

• Happy to pitch in around the house

• Social but also respectful of everyone’s downtime

You don’t need to become best friends overnight—but it’d be lovely to live with people who actually enjoy being part of the household.

The house is fully furnished and ready to move into.

You’ll have access to:
• A cosy separate living room
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
• A lovely garden with seating, a shed and, most importantly, a braai 🇿🇦🔥
• A shared bathroom between the two available rooms
• A shoes-off home that feels clean, cosy and lived in

It’s a warm, comfortable house that genuinely feels like home.

Room 1
A bright furnished room overlooking the quiet residential street. Includes a single bed (which can be swapped if needed), wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and a mirror.

Room 2
A lovely garden-facing room 🌿 with a double storage bed, drawers and bedside cabinet.

Friends and family are always welcome. We use a shared calendar for visitors, and the aim is to create an easy-going, considerate home where everyone feels comfortable.

• Approximately 25 minutes to Waterloo
• Excellent bus links
• Great local pub just down the road 🍻

• Photo ID

Sorry, no couples or students.

Costs
• First month’s rent
• Five weeks’ deposit
• Bills split equally (typically around £170–£250 per person per month, depending on the season)
