A room has opened up in a lovely 3-bed home — and they’re looking for the right person to join the household!

Lia, Grandt & Hello Kitty (the actual boss of the house 🐈‍⬛) are looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join their fully furnished home in Raynes Park.

This is much more than just a room to rent. It’s a home where people say hello, have a chat in the kitchen, share the odd meal or drink, watch a movie, have a laugh and enjoy each other’s company — while still having their own space and lives. ❤️

🇿🇦 A LITTLE SOUTH AFRICAN FLAVOUR

Lia and Grandt are both South African, so there’s definitely a bit of that “make yourself at home” feeling here.

They’re sociable, easy-going and enjoy having friends and family around, but it’s definitely not a party house. Think relaxed evenings, good conversation, the occasional drink and, of course, a proper braai when the weather allows. 🥩🔥

And then there’s Hello Kitty 🐈‍⬛

She is very much in charge and expects food, attention, cuddles and general admiration. A genuine cat lover is therefore a must! 😸

It’s fully furnished and ready to feel like home, with:

A lovely garden-facing double room with:

* Double bed with storage underneath
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Bedside cabinet

📍 RAYNES PARK

The location is pretty handy too:

* 🚆 Around 3 minutes’ walk to Raynes Park Station
* 🚆 Approximately 25 minutes to Waterloo
* 🚌 Excellent bus links
* 🍻 Great local pub nearby
* 🌳 Quiet residential street

Someone who enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, joining for the occasional meal or drink, but is equally happy doing their own thing.

They’re not looking for a perfect housemate — just a good human who wants to be part of a friendly home. 😊

📑 THE PRACTICAL BITS

Applicants will need:

* Right to live and work in the UK
* Proof of employment
* References through Goodlord
* First month’s rent
* Five weeks’ deposit

Bills are split equally and are typically around £200–£250 per person per month, depending on the season.

No couples or students, sorry!

Available as soon as references are completed.
