A note on practicalities: Rent is £917.50 per month, with bills averaging an additional £300-£350 to cover council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, and a weekly cleaner. We'll ask for references as part of the process.

As a tenant you will have shared use of:

* a cleaner once per week,

* two full and one half bathrooms (3 bathrooms contain: 1 bath, 1 shower, 1 separate guest loo).

Three of us currently live here and we're looking for a fourth. This house is very much a home and we would expect you to treat it as such.

Our ideal housemate is a thoughtful, open-minded professional who works outside the home or has a hybrid arrangement, ideally non-smoking. But we can be flexible on the details.

We are less than half a mile to the Northern line (both branches), Victoria, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, District and Bakerloo lines - plus national rail at Euston. Or if you're heading to the city you can stroll to Soho for drinks, Regent’s Park for picnics and Marylebone High Street for cafes and shopping.

We consider our home a spacious sanctuary from the mad pace of London life.
