Friendly Flat ;-) Full Time Or Mid Week Let

Hi there! I’m a Scottish architect living in Fulham and looking to rent out my spare room. I’m friendly, tidy, laid-back — and would love to share the flat with someone who’s similarly easygoing and respectful.

The flat is in a great location — just 2 minutes from Roehampton University, Queen Mary’s Hospital, and Richmond Park. Putney, Richmond, and Kingston are all about 5–10 minutes away by bus, so it’s super handy (well, I think so anyway 😄).

I’m pretty clean and like to keep the place neat, but I’m not obsessive — a few stray socks here and there won’t bother me! I work fairly long hours during the week and I’m often back late in the evenings. I do enjoy some peace and quiet, and definitely respect people’s space and privacy — but I’m also friendly and sociable, and there’s usually a bottle of wine in the fridge 🍷

The room is advertised for Monday to Friday lets, but I’m happy to chat if you’re after something a little more flexible.
