We are an easy going couple and 2 teenagers (1 is off to UNI from September, so won’t be around a lot), living in Roehampton in a 5 bedroom house, 2 minutes away from Roehampton University and Richmond Park. We also have one tenant already living in one of our spare rooms. We have an another spare room to rent. We also have 3 very friendly cats. We are all professionals and students who are very individualistic and we respect your space and privacy. The room is nice and clean, newly decorated. Single room for single female occupant only, for a student or professional. All bills and high speed internet included in the rent. The room is available for short term rent too.
