There are two double rooms becoming available in our house from September 2025 for a few months initially.

First room - £700 all inclusive.

The room faces north so the sun comes in during the morning. It is in the ground floor and it's equipped with a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, desk and office chair

Second room - £800 all inclusive.

The room is very spacious and furnished with a double bed, a desk, office chair to work, chest of drawers, bedside table and view to the garden.

The house is located in a residential area between Barnes and Putney ,15 minutes walk to Richmond Park ,10 minutes walk from Barnes train station and 2 minutes away from bus stop.

There are 3 other bedrooms with a share living room provided with TV, kitchen with two fridges, storage room ,bathroom, separate toilet and back and front garden.

Free parking in front of the house.

The area is surrounded by nice walks (Putney Heath, Putney riverside, etc)
Food stores, restaurants, cafes and all types of amenities are also close by: 10 minutes walk to Tesco, Pharmacy, 25 minutes to Superstore Asda and Lidl and 2 minutes walk to a local supermarket.

We are looking for someone respectful with the basic rules of the house and clean. This is not a party house.
