Professional working in Property Management renting out the second bedroom of my flat.

The flat is set inside Queen Mary's Development and is a modern spacious double room with en-suite. The property also comes with access to a residents gym and use of the communal garden.

As a live in landlord I do have a personal attachment to the property, so I'd like someone that is going to take care when being here and make the effort to keep the flat clean and tidy.

I'm a big socialite so most weekends I'll probably be out the way. Weekday evenings I'm usually at football or the gym until late.

The room comes furnished but can be unfurnished depending requirements. If there is something specific you do want, feel free to contact me.

There will be a monthly cleaner of the communal parts.
