Short/long term in SW15

Hello! We are an easy going couple and a teenager living in Roehampton in a 5 bedroom house, 2 minutes away from Roehampton University and Richmond Park. We have one tenant already living in one of our spare rooms. We have an another spare room to let from the 23rd of January. We also have 2 very friendly cats. We are all professionals and students who are very individualistic and we respect your space and privacy. The room is nice and clean, newly decorated. Single room for single female occupant only, for a student or professional. All bills and high speed internet included in the rent. There is a built in single wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk for workspace in the room. More storage space under the bed. We are open for both short/long term rent. The rent is £800.
