Hello! We are an easy going couple and a teenager Roehampton in a 5 bedroom house, 2 minutes away from Roehampton University and Richmond Park. We have one tenant already living in one of our spare rooms. We have an another spare room to sublet for 1 month, from the 2nd of January until the 2nd of February. We also have 2 very friendly cats. We are all professionals and students who are very individualistic and we respect your space and privacy. The room is nice and clean, newly decorated. Single room for single female occupant only, for a student or professional. All bills and high speed internet included in the rent. There is a built in single wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk for workspace in the room. More storage space under the bed. This is a sublet FOR 1 MONTH.
