Fully furnished with a lot of storage room, a super king-size bed, and a wardrobe.
The house is fully furnished, with a bathroom storage room for each tenant, a kitchen storage room for everyone, plus common kitchen utensils, fridge, and freezer storage room.
The current tenants are respectful and clean, we try to leave common spaces as clean and tidy as possible.
The house has a cleaning rota, each person living in the house has to clean the common spaces on a weekly rotation.
The house is in a residential area so is a very quiet area, there are some grocery stores like Coop, Asda, and Premier 5 to 15 min away, and you can find some Fast food as well like Kebab, Fried Chicken, Chinese, Pubs ext.., the closest Pharmacy is just 5 min away.
The house is 5-min walk away from Roehampton University.
We are looking for a nice, clean and respectful person, we don't do and accept parties, no external people are allowed to stay home.
