Hello! Due to one of our flatmates leaving the flat this year, we are now looking for someone to fill their single room.
The room is available from the 9th of August and the person filling this room will need to join us on a tenancy agreement for a year (9th August 2024-8th August 2025). This will require reference checks and a guarantor.
The room is on the ground floor of the flat and has a bathroom with shower and toilet directly opposite which is only used by the person living downstairs (this was the case for the past year and we are happy to have this still be the case for whoever ends up joining us this year).
Bills are not included in the rent and are split equally as and when they are due.
If you are not a student, please note council tax will need to be paid- council tax band c.
The flat is located in Roehampton, 15 minutes walking distance to Roehampton University main campus.
The flat is quiet and so would be suitable for an individual who also enjoys a quiet home.
