We are three friendly, creative people looking for a 4th person to live with us in our lovely flat in Roehampton. Available from the 18th January, we have a double, bright room with good storage. This would be taking over a contract from a previous tenant who is moving away.

We are looking for a clean, considerate, friendly person. Preferably a working professional.

The flat has 4 bedrooms with an open kitchen/living room. A bathroom and another separate w/c. Good transport connections to Barnes/Putney station by bus.

We have been living in this flat for the last two years and we are working professionals, we are often out of the house for work and socialising but inside, we are a relaxed household. Please tell me a bit about yourself in your message :)
