Single bedroom in SW15 (southwest London)

We are two young professionals who are looking for a third housemate. We haven’t got a preference on who you are or what you do. All we ask is that you are a kind and genuine person.

Generally we tend to buy food and things to cook together however if that’s not your thing worry not! the property has two fridge-freezers so there is plenty of room for anything you need to store.

There is also a communal living room which will be kitted out with a large tv, Xbox, PlayStation, vr headset, and several board games if you’re ever feeling up for an occasional games night. these will be free to use as long as the use is respectful.

We have A (single/small double) room available from the 24th of August. The photo of it doesn’t do justice to the size, however better photos will be taken after the 24th. if there are any questions you have feel free to reach out and I’ll be more than happy to provide you with any details you would like.

To be transparent, we will also be moving into the property between the 24th and the 3rd of September. because of that, the bills do not have an exact number associated with them however since we have lived in the area for a couple years already expect it to be a fixed rate around £40 plus (whatever the gas and electricity comes to that month divided by three).
