Subletting room 1st February to 24th March

Hello people! Looking for a kind, respectful, and trustworthy person to sublet my room to. Women and afabs only as it is a female house share. I am travelling for almost 2 months. Extra + if you are willing and able to look after my houseplants.

The room is upstairs, gets good light and is the biggest in the house. The living room kitchen is shared. You'd be welcome to use my cooking utensils as long as you promise not to break my favourite mugs and bowls ^^
You'd share the upstairs bathroom with 3 other women.
There's central heating + a electric radiator in the room, washer/dryer, 2 fridges and a TV in the living room.

The house is quite quiet during the day as all three upstairs tenants work most days.

IMPORTANT:
there is a small, lovely dog living downstairs. He can't get upstairs due to a baby door but he is all over the living room so I wouldn't recommend this house if you are allergic to dogs.

Unfortunately I can't offer any space in the wardrobe or cupboard but the room is quite big and has enough floor space for you to comfortably live out of your suitcase.
