A very spacious room across the street from the University of Roehampton. It is also very close to public transport and well accessible, within 1.2 miles of Barnes station, 1.9 miles from putney station, a 3 minute walk from the 430 and 170 bus, or a 10 minute walk to the 265 or 85. It feels essentially like a studio apartment but with a shared shower and kitchen. The bathroom with a shower is newly updated within the past 2 years. There is also a toilet downstairs, which essentially belongs to this room as well. The furniture it comes with is a bed, fridge, table and tons of places for storage and clothes. It also has the benefit of a great and green garden (adding to the personal space of the property) which includes a large shed, so a lot of storage. The roommates are not loud and give space, we have had no issues. We love the space, but have had the opportunity to move in with a friend and are looking to quickly lease.
