Room in a young house near Richmond Park.

Hello people! Looking for a kind and respectful person to take over a room in our 6-bed house with garden. Girls, gays & theys welcome.

AVAILABILTY:
Our current housemate is moving into her new place 20th of October. Move in is somewhat flexible and could be arranged a bit earlier. The current contract runs until July, can be renewed after that.

Energy bills normally are up to 50£ per month, per person + council tax and water bill.

Good connection by bus to the District line, Southwestern Railway and other buses. Super close to Richmond Park.



ABOUT THE ROOM:

The table belongs to the current occupant and will not be here.

The bed has room for storage underneath. There is a closet and a chest of drawers.

The room has direct access to the room. As a disclaimer: people have to walk through the room to get into the garden but we are all very respectful of your privacy.

PLEASE NOTE:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As mentioned, it is important to us to live with a respectful and kind person.

As it is a 6-bed house it can get messy quickly and therefore we would like for everybody in the house to be good at cleaning after themselves and to be mindful and responsible.
We have a Rota for cleaning and so on to make it easier for everyone. Students and young professionals are both welcome.

Basically: we are looking for decent and open minded people. LGBTQ+ and POC “friendly”

TO BE ABLE TO RENT:

The landlady requests for you to have a parent/legal guardian also sign if you are a young professional. They will only be responsible for your share of the rent, should you not be able to pay. You also need to be either a UK citizen or have the right to rent.

There's central heating, washer/dryer, 2 fridges a TV in the living room and 2 bathrooms (the one downstairs is for you and another person)

We are open to do video call viewings if necessary but prefer in person viewings to better get to know the candidates.

ABOUT ME:
Nina is a 22 year old Austrian and works as an actor and social media manager. She loves all things art and creating art. She is a proud plant mom and happy to welcome fellow plant collectors. Nina has a bubbly personality and is super happy about anyone who would like to adventure around in London.
