Room in a young house near Richmond Park

Hello people! Looking for a kind and respectful person to take over my room in our 6-bed house with garden.

AVAILABILTY:
6th February. The current contract runs until July, can be renewed after that.

Good connection by bus to the District line, Southwestern Railway and other buses. Super close to Richmond Park.

Bed, Wardrobe, potential to have a desk put in by landlord

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As mentioned, it is important to us to live with respectful and kind people.

As it is a 6-bed house it can get messy quickly and therefore we would like for everybody in the house to be good at cleaning after themselves and to be mindful and responsible. We have a Rota for cleaning and so on to make it easier for everyone.

TO BE ABLE TO RENT:

The landlady requests for you to have a parent/legal guardian also sign if you are a young professional. They will only be responsible for your share of the rent, should you not be able to pay. You also need to be either a UK citizen or have the right to rent.

There's central heating, washer/dryer, 2 fridges a TV in the living room and 2 bathrooms
