Affordable Double Room Roehampton

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our 6-bed house with garden. The home has served me well for 1.5 years. It has been affordable and quiet in a serene part of South West London, surrounded by fresh air.

AREA:
Good connection by bus to the District line (East Putney & Putney Bridge), Southwestern Railway (Putney, Barnes) and other buses. Richmond Park is a 10 minute walk away, Putney Heath is on our doorstep. Close by bus or cycle to Wimbledon, Putney, Barnes, Richmond and Kingston.
I have taken up cycling using my own or hired bikes since I’ve moved here which has served me well. Plenty of free parking if you have a car as well.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

The furniture included:
Bed, Wardrobe, potential to have a desk put in by landlord.
Large closet with lots of storage. Plenty of shelves too.
The room is bright throughout the day and located just off the kitchen, pictured in the ad.
This bedroom is on the ground floor meaning you share a bathroom with just one other housemate.

COUNCIL TAX & BILLS:
Wandsworth council tax is the cheapest in the city so that is nice! Price comes to about £620 a month with rent, council tax and bills.

WHO YOU ARE:
As mentioned, it is important to us to live with respectful and responsible people.

As it is a 6-bed house it can get messy quickly and therefore we would like for everybody in the house to clean after themselves and to be mindful and responsible. There is a schedule for cleaning if that makes it easier for you.

TO BE ABLE TO RENT:

The landlady requests for you to have a parent/legal guardian also sign if you are a young professional. They will only be responsible for your share of the rent, should you not be able to pay. You also need to be either a UK citizen or have the right to rent.

There's central heating, washer/dryer, 2 fridges a TV in the living room and 2 bathrooms.
