Double room available for rent from 19th of February 2026. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, built in closet, a desk and a full length mirror. The flat as a whole is super cosy (I’m hoping to redocorate soon) with a shared spacious kitchen and living room with one toilet downstairs and the bathroom upstairs, the available room is upstairs and is one of the larger bedrooms. Currently living here are 3 females between the ages of 24-26, currently looking for 1 more (female is preferred) to join us as our flatmate is moving out! Rent is super cheap (as listed) and bills never come to more than £100 a month for water, energy, WiFi and council tax. Our area is in council tax band C. Unfortunately our landlord doesn’t accept students to rent (the flat is extremely close to Roehampton uni) so will only be available to working professionals.
