Double room in beautiful Roehampton flat!

My friend and I are preparing to take over our other friends’ lease in July and need a 3rd flatmate! The flat is a 3bed 1bath with 2 balconies, in a great location near Putney, Kingston and Richmond (Richmond Park is just a 10 min walk away).

Annie (25) is a postgrad student who works remotely in UX/software development and loves staying in, working on crafts and DIY projects, and old music. Paige (26) works in admin and loves film, astrology, going out, and spending time with friends.

We are happy to socialise anytime but also spend a healthy amount of time alone, so someone who wants a bit of both would be ideal :) We’re both tidy, reliable with rent/bills and respectful, so we’d expect the same from anyone moving in! Bills vary but are usually around £80pp each month.

Paige has a cat so there would be a pet in the flat. The common areas are beautiful and the room itself is small but nice and homey!

We are specifically looking for someone who can sign a one-year lease with us, from July 2026-July 2027 with the option to renew. Looking forward to chatting with you! 💕
