About us:
We're three working professionals in our mid 20s to early thirties, all fairly busy during the day but enjoy a good laugh, food , stories, and a clean shared space. We cook, we don't party excessively, and we're considerate of each other's schedules. The vibe is relaxed and comedic'ish. (well, I try my best)

We're ideally looking for someone who:
Is clean and respectful of shared spaces
Is working or studying (doesn't matter what field)
Can commit to April move-in
Has a guarantor ready or meets the savings requirement
