I have moved out of this lovely double room located in Roehampton and am looking for someone to take over my room. You will be taking over my tenancy which ends 15th July.

It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside drawer. It also has its own table and chair.

It is about a 10-15 mins bus from Kingston university, Putney station and Barnes station. It is a short walk to Roehampton uni. There’s close bus stops, convenience stores nearby and it’s a short walk to Richmond Park.

Currently living here are 2 females and 1 male(who stays in the room downstairs). Ages are between 18-26. There’s a mixture of students and working professionals. The living room/kitchen is shared. Everyone is social, respectful, clean and easy going.

Would ideally prefer a female as the bathroom is shared by the females upstairs.

Rent is £750 per month
Security deposit is £700

Bills per month come to:
Water- £19.80
WiFi- £8
Electric and gas - £37.33
Council tax( for non students)- £38
Cleaning products- £10 every other month
