Room in a young house near Richmond Park!

I'm looking for a kind, respectful person to take over my room in our lovely 6-bedroom house with a garden.

Available from: 1st August 2026

The house has great transport links, with buses to the District line, South Western Railway and several other routes. It's also super close to Richmond Park, which is perfect if you enjoy being outdoors.

About the room
The room comes with a bed and wardrobe, and the landlord is happy to provide a desk if you'd like one.

The floor mirror, clothes rail and dressing table shown in the photos are mine, so I'll be taking those with me when I move out.

Rent and bills
Rent is paid monthly to the landlady and is currently £580 per month.

Electricity is billed separately each month based on usage and typically costs around £35–£40 per month.

Who we're looking for
We're hoping to find someone who's friendly, considerate and respectful. We all get on well and really appreciate living in a clean, relaxed and welcoming home.

We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, with the cost shared between everyone in the house.

Requirements
Our landlady asks that if you're a young professional, a parent or legal guardian co-signs the tenancy. They would only be responsible for your share of the rent if you were unable to pay. You'll also need to be a UK citizen or have the legal right to rent in the UK.

The house has central heating, a washer/dryer, two fridges, two bathrooms, a shared living room with a TV, and a lovely garden.
