Hello I am looking to replace myself in a friendly house share in Roehampton.

The room is large and spacious and comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboard, desk and chair.

There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, a living room and kitchen with all appliances and a garden.

The house is 2 minutes walk to the bus stop running the 430, 265, 72 and 85.
Barnes rail is a 12 minute walk and Putney Station is 10 mins on the bus.

Bills are around £30 monthly, we currently don't pay council tax as we are students so if you are a professional this will be on top.

The housemates are a group of friendly people, one phd student, one mature student and a proffessional.
